Two months ago I was doing some client work that ended up with me creating NinjAuth - a generic authentication layer between FuelPHP's auth package and social networks. I've been working on it a fair bit on and off since then and in the last week I've ported it to CodeIgniter for use with PyroCMS and it's looking brilliant! You can now use PyroCMS to drive your social site. Login and register with Facebook, Twitter, etc, attach multiple accounts to users, post blog articles to Facebook and much more on the way. Today we are incredibly pleased to annouce the biggest update to PyroCMS in it's 14 months of it's open-source history. v1.0 may seem like a small jump in numbers from v0.9.9.7 but really this is more like a 2.0! Everything has been logically restructured, Dwoo has been replaced with an amazingly powerful Tags and Plugin syntax and its all running much quicker, while looking considerably sexier.

After a long wait the new stable PyroCMS has been released which adds German language support and a bunch of other bug-fixes.

PyroCMS reaches its nearly final stage. This release took care of many bugs known in v0.9.2 and has while it has not added in many amazing new features, it has improved the existing ones considerably.

I noticed a few people hitting this site after searching for "add new module to pyrocms". Well, here is how.

Finally my CMS is ready for the world. PyroCMS is a modular content management system built with CodeIgniter with speed and efficiency in mind.

I noticed last night that comments once again have been broken, so stayed up late fixing them along with several other bugs in this CMS. Consider them fixed!

This has been one of the most involving versions so far with the most change involved. It has been tricky to get done but im very proud of it!
